SDI Introduces New CFO

System Development Integration, which is a systems integrator that specializes in technical support for capital organizations that are asset intensive, is announcing today that James R. Boyle will be the new Executive Vice President and CFO.

James is thought of very highly in the professional finance world and possesses a ton of knowledge in financial reporting. His experience pursuing new market opportunities are invaluable.

Mr. Boyle has more than twenty years of experience in operations, accounting, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions. He has worked for MonoGen, Midway Games, Price water house Coopers and has led numerous acquisitions of distribution companies along with software development companies. He has headed consulting projects for many high-growth venture capital supported companies.

The SDI team are experts in generating technology solutions that is a huge value to their clients. They are eager to grow the number of companies they will have an impact on and provide them with excellent service.

Mr. Boyle graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree and he got his masters degree in Business Administration from Booth Business school in Chicago. Mr. Boyle is also a CPA.
